Happy 1st Birthday Michael!!!!!

I made angel cake with an orange glaze and strawberries, one for Michael and one for all of us.

Michael enjoyed the cake. At first he wasn't in a very festive mood, but after a few bites he got into it. I think he preferred the carrot cake from his eleven month party more - and that was sugar free!?!


Afterwards, my dad opened champagne to celebrate. Michael only had a sip. It was his party.

He wasn't too happy to wear the birthday crown, but once he started eating he quickly forgot.
