Thanksgiving with Family

We spent the holiday in Cincinnati

Michael had a blast with his cousins Jackson and Jacob

Fun in the tub

Sandi was trying to get a picture for her holiday card

The boys showing off their Breathe Right strips

The kids loved the Christmas train at their grandparents house

My little snow bunny

Although it has been snowing here all week we haven't gone out to play yet
We can't seem to kick the sniffles

Every time I get the camera out Elizabeth starts smiling and giggling

First Solid Food

Elizabeth has been showing interest when we eat,
so we decided it's her turn

She was very receptive to eating
She polished off her first little bowl of barley and then a second
Looks like she will have a healthy appetite like her brother

Happy Election Day!!

Michael completing a mock ballot

Considering he says that McCain should go to time out, it's not hard to figure out which candidate he supports
He almost marked Ralph Nader - hope no one else makes that mistake

Elizabeth is five months today
She is sitting unassisted - and loves being part of the action

Happy Halloween!

Michael picked two costumes this year - the dragon and monkey
It worked out since he had so many opportunities
to dress up this month

Elizabeth is a juicy strawberry

We spent the day at the Children's Museum enjoying
the Halloween festivities

Michael and Elizabeth awaiting a concert in the theater

Michael is holding goodie bags from his school party

His class baked pumpkin muffins - he couldn't wait to try it

Finally...

Michael (and James) have been waiting all month to go
Trick-or-Treating

Making sure the flashlight works

And they're off

When Michael came home he claimed to have gone
to Barack Obama's house.
He also went up to an older gentleman and asked if he was McCain
I'm surprised the man still gave him candy

He was so excited about the chips and pretzels he received
Guess that means we get first dibs on the chocolate
