Easter 2012

Elizabeth lucked out with two train rides.

Dyeing Easter Eggs
They both loved dyeing the eggs. After drying Michael drew pictures on his and Elizabeth bedazzled hers.

In Charleston, we attended yet another Egg Hunt on Magic Island. There were loads of activities.

Enjoying a train ride with the family.

Elizabeth and I had a special girl's day out with lunch and The Beauty and the Beast show.

As always we had a blast at Francis' pool.

"Yay Spring Break!!"

After church posing in the garden

Elizabeth was ready to leave.

Michael was so excited that the Easter Bunny brought him these building planks he's played with at Carnegie Science.

Elizabeth and Andrew were happy with the chocolate bunnies.

Returning from church to find that the Easter Bunny visited.

Easter Egg Hunts!

This past weekend we participated in four egg hunts. Above we are taking a hay ride to the field for a hunt on the farm.

Andrew kept calling this his bunny face.

Michael was the first to collect his ten eggs. Andrew was particular, throwing some back to take others. Elizabeth was slowed by all the other activities.

Holding a cute baby bunny.

It was a cold and windy morning for our township hunt.
Elizabeth and Michael were in the intermediate hunt together. Though there were over 5,000 eggs they raced around grabbing them.

The baby hunt was a little too easy for Andrew. On the hill behind them will be Michael's course next year. Can't wait!

There were loads of fun indoor activities to do while we warmed up.

Riding the Easter train at the mall.

One of their favorite hunts was at the library. After collecting their eggs and making a craft it's the only time they said they wanted to do it all again.

Andrew really liked finding eggs that were hidden as opposed to being strewn on the ground.

After racing through a freezing egg hunt at the YMCA they had fun doing the games in the gym.

After a fun visit from Uncle Kevin and family we waited too long to get a picture of the brothers and cousins. Can you say bedtime?
This was the best one!
